MAS Advocates expands its corporate offering in the Middle East with the appointment of Partner Anmar Algharifi as the head of the corporate commercial department

MAS Advocates announced today that Mr. Anmar Algharifi has joined the firm as Partner in the corporate commercial team in the middle east.
Mr. Algharifi brings more than two decades of transactional corporate law experience and joins MAS Advocates from Eversheds Sutherland after spending ten years as part of its Saudi corporate team, five of which as the Partner heading the Corporate M&A team in KSA.
His experience spans across advising multinational corporations, financial institutions and regional clients on a range of strategic corporate mandates including advising buyers and sellers on public and private acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures across a variety of industry sectors. He is highly experienced in advising clients on corporate structuring, reorganization and private equity transactions. Mr. Algharifi also advises a large number of family investment offices in relation to their regional and global investments, joint ventures, governance and strategic commercial transactions.
