Aditi is a part of the Corporate, Commercial & Arbitration team of the firm. She has extensive experience in the middle east region and has advised clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including M&A, company incorporation, joint ventures, legal and regulatory due diligence, asset pledge, re-structuring and maritime disputes primarily concerning demurrage claims.

Aditi regularly advises multinational companies and high net-worth individuals in complex commercial litigation (contentious and non-contentious) and general corporate advisory. She has assisted in issuing expert opinions concerning UAE Commercial and Maritime Laws before DIFC Courts, LCIA Arbitration (London), ICC Arbitration (Paris) and Ontario Superior Court of Justice. She also represents corporate clients in arbitration proceedings before DIAC.

Prior to joining MAS Advocates, she worked with reputed law firms in UAE and India during which she has represented leading pharmaceutical and oleochem companies having global presence in their corporate transactions and arbitration proceedings.
